I understand that life happens and I am willing to work with you if something comes up that may alter your visit with me. Please take a moment to read through my cancellation policy and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a $25 per service fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is made.
Any “no call, no show” appointments may result in a no show fee of 100% for the service that was missed.
f you are running late, please give me a call as I only book a certain time dedicated to your service.
Running late may result in a $15+ charge.
RE-DO & PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
I value my work and your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service I have a 7 day grace period for service fixes at no further expense to you. Please let me know within 7 days of your visit so that I can guarantee my work.
DISCLAIMER: If you are unsatisfied with your hair and choose to try to fix it yourself or by another stylist, the 7 day policy is null and void.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase.Thank You!
